WHAT IS EASTER AT PROMISE CHURCH LIKE?
Come celebrate Easter with us at Promise Church! This year’s celebration will include Easter worship songs to worship our resurrected King, free coffee & tea, other goodies and an Easter message full of hope. Bring the whole family and your kids can have a great time in their own spaces while you enjoy the worship experience and a message of hope. Get all the details below and plan your visit!
We all have baggage. Let’s be REAL. Sometimes Churches can be scary and you don’t know if you will fit in. We are here to let you know that anyone can come to Promise Church. No matter what!
Jesus’ resurrection is something to rejoice over. Jesus is alive! We want to teach kids the importance of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for us, so the kids will learn all about that through skits, songs and crafts.
We will not only have free coffee and goodies for the entire family, but we will also have a photo op area so you can take an Easter picture with your family and friends!
What should I expect?
When you first arrive you’ll be greeted by amazing people happy to see you. You can then make your way over to our café area grab some coffee, tea or water and be seated. If you have kids then you’ll be able to check in your kids in the Promise Kids area.
As soon as our pre service countdown ends, our church service has officially started. We sing some songs for the first 15 mins, which we call worship. We then do welcomes (don’t worry we won’t point you out.) We’ll give some announcements and after, Pastor Jose will give bring a message of hope from the word of God. It’s relevant and applicable so you can enjoy it and apply it during the week.
Will I understand the message, even if I don’t know much about the Bible?
Our messages are prepared to connect with people’s lives by using the ageless wisdom of Scripture and presenting it in a creative, yet straight-forward way. The services are designed to be easily understood by individuals checking out what it really means to have a personal relationship with Jesus. (But here’s a secret: Even long-time Christians find these services invaluable to their spiritual and personal growth.)
What things can I look forward to this Easter service?
When you walk in we will be there to greet you and help you find a seat, if needed. Then, Pastor Jose will bring a relevant encouraging message which we are sure you’ll connect to. After service head to the Next Steps area in the foyer to turn in your Welcome Home card! Don’t forget to grab your “I’m new here” gift with some goodies for you.
Why should I Plan A Visit?
Planning a visit has many benefits. One, if you have a family you’ll be able to check in your children faster and easier on what could be a busy day, and you don’t want to miss the worship music. Two, we can answer any additional questions before you actually get to church! Let us know you’re coming.
YOUR KIDS WILL HAVE A BLAST!
This Easter your kids will have a BLAST at our KIDS PARTY!! All kids ages birth-5th grade will have a blast learning about the resurrection of Jesus! We promise your kids will have lots of fun and want to come back!
